My job is to oversee ministry to girls in grades 7-12.

In order to do that most effectively we have gathered a group of amazing women to lead their 2.42 groups and connect individually with that ever growing group of girls.
It has been so much fun to catch up with them and hear how their girls are doing. It's easier than I thought it would be to just let that be it.

Last week I invited all of our 20+ lady leaders to come out to spend some time together. We talked a little bit about the girls but mostly just spent time together. We have leaders at 3 of our 4 campuses so some of the ladies met for the first time that night.
